Return Policy

1. Return Policy

1) Products purchased from a third-party online sales platform shall be returned in accordance with the return policy of the third-party online sales platform.

2) Products purchased by non third-party online sales platforms have intact appearance and intact packaging, and can be returned without reason within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3) For products that comply with the return and exchange policy, users can consult online or offline consultation channels authorized by Donner before returning; When returning goods, users need to pack the products in the original packaging, attach the reason for return, and send them to the designated return place.

4) If it exceeds 30 days and does not meet the return policy of the third-party platform, the return operation cannot be carried out.

2. Exchange Policy

1) The products purchased from the third-party online sales platform shall be exchanged in accordance with the exchange policy of the third-party online sales platform.

2) Products purchased by non third-party online sales platforms have intact appearance and intact packaging, and can be replaced without reason within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3) For products that comply with the exchange policy, users can consult online or offline consultation channels authorized by Donner before implementing the exchange; When carrying out the exchange, the user needs to pack the product with the original packaging, attach the reason for the exchange, and send it to the designated exchange location.

4) Products that have been under warranty for more than 30 days and meet the maintenance conditions can be unconditionally replaced when Donner′s authorized service outlets confirm that they cannot be repaired.

5) Products that are out of warranty or do not meet the maintenance conditions can be exchanged for Donner′s new products after depreciation. Users need to pay the price difference to the service center or designate a return and replacement point.

3. Refund Policy

1) For products that are within the warranty period for more than 30 days and meet the maintenance conditions, if the Donner authorized service outlet confirms that they cannot be repaired and there is no suitable machine to replace, they can be refunded in full and the faulty machine can be taken back.

2) For products that are within the warranty period for more than 30 days and meet the maintenance conditions, if the service outlet authorized by Donner confirms that they cannot be repaired and there is no suitable machine to replace, with the consent of the user, partial refund can be made and the faulty parts can be taken back.

3) When the products beyond the warranty period cannot be repaired, the refund operation cannot be carried out.
